Hello!

 

I am Ann Bourque, a native of Indianapolis, Indiana.  For the past 28 years, I have been living in North Carolina, and have been influenced by the beauty of this coastal state, which is represented in much of my artwork.

 

My unique artistic style cannot be defined by a certain genre or technique, as I have always enjoyed experimenting with the many ways of creating something beautiful and putting it on a canvas or paper.  This creative curiosity has kept me evolving as an artist through the years and has led me to discover the never-ending potential to create something beautiful to share with the world.

 

I hold a degree in Journalism from Indiana University and have proudly taught myself everything that I know about art and the artistic process.  It is my belief that passion will push you to pursue what you love, which is exactly what I did.

 

My husband and I, along with our mountain dog Thomas, and our Golden Retriever Duffy live on the Outer Banks of NC.
